Hi! I have 8+ years of tutoring experience, from full curriculum design, to assisting with successful college application essays and top-scoring test prep. I offer tutoring for any age and proficiency level in SAT, ACT, and AP English, college entrance essays, literature, reading comprehension, history, and general writing skills. I’ve always loved teaching, which I’ve been incredibly lucky to be able to explore through everything from coaching martial arts (after getting my black belt) and strength training for sports teams (while competing in powerlifting), to, of course, English tutoring! I Love Tutoring Because
I’ve personally experienced a variety of educational methods, from homeschooling to public classrooms, and understand that one-on-one relationships provide a significant learning advantage. I’ve learned that anyone can provide study material, but a teacher who takes the time to invest in and understand students is the key to real motivation.
